  • Your practical ability is assessed, not simply your theoretical knowledge.
  • You have tutor support rather than being left to work everything out alone.
Already fitness qualified?

You may have another option

If you already hold relevant Level 2 or Level 3 fitness training, you may also be eligible for ICI's one-day in-person route.

Prefer practical face-to-face learning from the outset? Our two-day course is also available without previous fitness certification.

Tutor support

Online doesn't mean you're on your own

You can study independently, but there are real people behind your training.

ICI tutors support learners through the course and assessment process. If you're unsure about something, the aim is to help you understand it, not leave you guessing your way through the course.

Your assessments are there to establish that you can apply what you've learned safely and effectively before certification.
