You don't need to repeat fitness knowledge you already have. Your existing qualifications determine which face-to-face route you need.
For people who already hold a suitable Level 2 or Level 3 fitness qualification. You'll complete the required pre-course learning before attending and concentrate on indoor cycling during the practical training day.
