Why ICI?

Indoor cycling isn't an add-on for us. It's what we specialise in.

ICI training is built around the knowledge and skills you actually need in the studio: rider safety and bike setup, cycling technique, session structure, coaching, class management, anatomy and physiology, and adapting sessions for different riders.

The aim isn't simply to pass an assessment. It's to understand what you're doing and have the confidence to apply it when you're responsible for a real class.

Specialist Indoor cycling education and professional practice are our focus.
Current Training develops as evidence, equipment and professional practice change.
Beyond certification Continue through specialist training, CPD, membership and professional recognition.
