There are three ways to complete ICI instructor training: online, a one-day practical course, or a two-day practical course. The right route depends on how you want to learn and the qualifications you already hold.
You don't need to choose the longest course simply because you're new to indoor cycling. Your existing fitness qualifications and preferred way of learning determine the route.

See one-day training →If you don't already hold a suitable fitness qualification and want to train face to face, the two-day route is designed for you.
See two-day training →The route changes how you complete your training. It doesn't turn one route into the 'good' qualification and another into a lesser version.

If you've already covered appropriate underpinning fitness knowledge, we don't want you paying for and repeating training unnecessarily.
That's why the one-day route exists. It lets suitably qualified fitness professionals concentrate on the indoor cycling-specific learning and practical work.
If you don't have a suitable qualification, the two-day face-to-face course gives you the fuller route.
Tell us what qualifications you already have and how you'd prefer to train. The ICI eligibility checker can help point you towards the appropriate course rather than leaving you to guess.
